Fix auto-start launcher: use hermes chat --tui -q
Top-level hermes has no -q flag, so the kickoff string was parsed as
a subcommand and failed. Query must go on hermes chat.

Auto-start onboarding: agent speaks first via TUI kickoff
Install hermes-client-onboarding launcher that runs hermes --tui -s
skill -q kickoff so Phase 1 begins without waiting for user hello.

Leftover model.base_url pointing at openrouter.ai causes Missing
Authentication header even with a valid DEEPSEEK_API_KEY.

Switch default stack to native DeepSeek (deepseek-v4-flash)
Use DEEPSEEK_API_KEY + provider deepseek instead of OpenRouter for
client onboarding skill, helper script, docs, and troubleshooting.
