a5ac0cd329 Lovable update 
Atualize o Supabase Edge Function secret HERMES_RUNTIME_IMAGE para:

ghcr.io/domfelipe/hermes-agent-custom:sha-135b99c

Depois redeploye as Edge Functions:

- provision-agent

- admin-backfill-runtime

Em seguida execute admin-backfill-runtime com dry_run=true e valide:

- image = ghcr.io/domfelipe/hermes-agent-custom:sha-135b99c

- would_apply inclui HERMES_HOME=/opt/data/.hermes

- would_apply inclui API_SERVER_PORT=8765

- não inclui hivedomco-vic-prudential nem serviços que não sejam agent_instances Mika ativos

Se o dry-run estiver OK, execute admin-backfill-runtime com dry_run=false.

Não altere TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, OLLAMA_API_KEY, HERMES_API_SERVER_KEY, HERMES_SOUL_OVERRIDE, dados de clientes, migrations ou Railway services fora dos agent_instances Mika.

Aplicar o PR #6 / commit 723c52b do repositório domfelipe/mika-agent-assist.

Objetivo:

Endurecer o onboarding/reconexão do bot Telegram sem executar testes manuais agora.

Tarefas:

1. Publicar o frontend atualizado, pois `BotFatherWizard.tsx` relaxa o regex local do token para ficar igual ao backend.

2. Redeployar as edge functions:

   - validate-telegram-bot

   - provision-agent

3. Não alterar secrets, Railway manualmente, planos, dados de clientes ou migrações.

4. Não executar teste manual no Telegram agora.

Validações pós-deploy:

- Confirmar que `validate-telegram-bot` deployou sem erro.

- Confirmar que `provision-agent` deployou sem erro.

- Confirmar que `provision-agent` aceita `mode: "telegram_reconnect"` apenas quando o agent está `active` e tem `railway_service_id`.

- Confirmar que esse modo atualiza somente variáveis Telegram no Railway (`TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN`, e se houver chat_id, `TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS` / `TELEGRAM_HOME_CHANNEL`) e não reescreve `HERMES_SOUL_OVERRIDE`, modelo, STT/TTS ou demais configs.

- Healthcheck server-to-server com secret inválido:

  POST /functions/v1/provision-agent com X-Internal-Secret inválido deve retornar 401 unauthorized.
